Return and Exchange Policy
Without prejudice to the provisions of contractual and legal warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange a product provided by the store within three (3) days following the date of receipt. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product once this three-day period has elapsed.
1. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, pristine condition. The consumer must not have used the product or derived any benefit from it.
Inspection: The store reserves the right to inspect the product before processing the exchange or return to ensure its integrity.
Shipping Costs (Domestic): The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs if they wish to exchange a product.
International Exchanges: For international transactions, the consumer bears the full cost of shipping and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company.
Defects or Errors: In the event of a manufacturing defect or a store error, the consumer will be fully compensated.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Cases
The consumer is not entitled to return or exchange a product in the following instance:
Custom-Made Products: If the product was manufactured specifically at the consumer’s request or according to specifications defined by them.
Exception: An exchange or return is permitted if the custom product has a manufacturing defect or does not comply with the specific specifications requested by the consumer.
