Delivery Scope & Shipping Duration

We process and ship all orders during business days (Sunday to Thursday). Delivery times vary based on the destination as follows:

Within Saudi Arabia: Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days.

International Shipping (Outside Saudi Arabia): Delivery takes 8 to 15 business days.

(Note: Business days do not include weekends or official public holidays).

Shipping Costs

The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the "Checkout" page before payment, depending on the destination and the weight of the shipment.

For International Shipments: Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes according to the laws of the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these fees to the relevant authorities in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive a text message or an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's status directly via the carrier's website.
